Ruth, The tiling is still working great. We did not quite have enough tile for the whole area. The un-tiled side has the berries on the dirt, and we very much prefer the ones that ripen on the clean tiles. Thanks for the idea!!

ReplyDeleteI am not certain, but why not? As long as you keep them watered, they will grow and reproduce babies. Then for sure next year you will get a good harvest.
